1. Introduction
Welcome to SCHUUL. By enrolling in our tutoring services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms outline the rights and responsibilities of SCHUUL and its clients.
2. Services Provided
SCHUUL offers personalized tutoring services in GCSE, Select A-Levels, Degree, Entrance Examinations, KS2, and KS3. Services may be provided online, in-person, or through a hybrid model. The mode of instruction will be agreed upon during enrollment.
3. Enrollment and Payment
Registration: Clients must complete the enrollment form and agree to these terms before services begin.
Fees: All fees are outlined in the enrollment agreement. Payment is due weekly in advance.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal.
Late Payments: Payments not received within 7 days may result in suspension of tutoring sessions until the balance is cleared.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Client:
Clients must provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to do so will result in the session being charged.
Cancellation by SCHUUL:
SCHUUL reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the client.
Refunds: Refunds are available for unused prepaid sessions if canceled with 3 days written notice. Processing may take up to 5 working days.
5. Tutor Responsibilities
SCHUUL tutors will provide professional, personalized tutoring services tailored to the student’s needs.
Tutors will maintain a respectful and positive learning environment.
Tutors are not liable for a student’s performance but will strive to provide the best academic support possible.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure students attend sessions on time and with the required materials.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring appropriate conduct during sessions, particularly for minors.
7. Confidentiality
SCHUUL will keep all client and student information confidential and use it solely for the purpose of providing tutoring services.
8. Liability
SCHUUL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the tutoring agreement with 3 days written notice. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees must be paid.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before seeking legal action.
11. Changes to Terms
SCHUUL reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes.
